This means your order should be with you within 24-48 hours of recieving our dispatch notification to your registered email address, Excluding weekends & public holidays. For the Channel islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, these lead times will differ.

Any package sent within the U.k weighing less than 2Kg will be sent via Royal mail Registered delivery. This offers equal insurance and tracking facilities to that of our courier and will normally take within 1-3 days for your consignment to be delivered.

For most parts of the E.U our couriers offer a 2 - 5 day delivery service as standard on any consignment over 2Kg in weight, Excluding weekends & public holidays.

Any package sent within the E.U weighing less than 2Kg will be sent via Royal mail Registered delivery. This offers equal insurance and tracking facilities to that of our courier and will normally take within 3 - 5 days for your consignment to be delivered.

Any package sent worldwide weighing less than 2Kg will be sent via Royal mail Registered delivery. This offers equal insurance and tracking facilitys to that of our courier and will normally take within 5 - 10 days for your consignment to be delivered.



Return policy


Here at siiren we guarantee your total satisfaction. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all purchases.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods that you intend to return them, we will then issue you with a returns identification number or 'rin' in short

Goods returned without a ‘rin’ number will be refused and returned to sender, the goods you wish to return must reach us within 7 working days of your notification of intent to return the item

We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside this 7 day period and if not in the original packaging or as new

Your statutory rights are not affected. On receipt of the returned goods we will either exchange them , credit your account or process a full refund minus return postage costs and 10% restocking Fee**

**If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or the item has arrived damaged. i.e the wrong item was sent to you then we will fully refund all of the delivery charges incurred and the restocking fee will not be charged to you.

All returns must be made using the Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Options. Please ask the post office for proof of postage.

Items returned to Siiren not using these services will not be reimbursed. (i.e A customer returning an item via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force, will not be eligible for a return cost refund.

Please note: You the customer will be responsible for all incurred postage costs and a restocking fee equating to 10% of the item cost for returning items to us unless you are returning the items because of a error on our behalf as explained above.
