These wonderful mushroom carvings have been personally handmade for Siiren. They have been crafted by our close friend Simian who is based in the tropics of southern Indonesia.

As with all our carvings we hand pick every item for quality thus you can be rest assured of only the best. We pay Simian up to 4 x more than a large company would expect to pay him for this same work.

These Mushrooms have been created using a tropical wood known as parasite wood. It gets its name from a parasite that causes the wood to deform into mushroom like growths. The growths are then cut away to leave the most awesome naturally created shapes.

Although We have pictured the Mushrooms in a natural Surrounding, they are ideally suited for indoor use.
