Each and every piece of our mosaic home ware is created for us by a family run business based in southern Indonesia. Dewa Gede is a 25 year old lady who keeps it all running smoothly behind the scenes. What started off as a trial product for us 4 years ago has quickly become almost too much work for this incredibly talented family, so now they have extended family working with them which has created reliable jobs for a lot of members of family. Siiren has stuck to its fair-trade ethics and never even thought about trying to source a much larger company that can deal with our work load. We have simply told the guys to take their time with no pressure of time scales.
